Easy Pumpkin Pie Spice blend, made with only 5 ingredients

Ingredients

3 tbsp ground Ceylon cinnamon

1 tsp ground nutmeg

2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground allspice

1 tsp ground clove

Instructions

  1. Using a small whisk or fork, mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2.  Pour into a spice jar or airtight container, and store in a cool, dark place for up to a year.

Notes

  • If you do not like one of the spices you can leave it out, and if you like more of your favorite spice you can add a little extra, that’s the best part of making your own homemade spice blend!
  • I recommend using organic spices if you can
  • Be sure to check your spices expiration dates before combing to ensure they don’t expire. This is just a suggestion, but may be important to some!
  • Make a big batch and double or triple the recipe!
